RUSSIAN CLEARLY · INFORMATION & POLICIES
Terms of Service
Read these terms before using your learner account or purchasing a Russian Clearly product.
Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09
1. Operator and agreement
RussianClearly.com is independently operated by an individual in Ohio, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: alexanderzemskov19@gmail.com. These terms cover the website, online course and downloads. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the purchase terms. Your account records the versions you accept.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you need parent or guardian permission. A parent, guardian or another adult authorized to use the payment method must authorize a minor's purchase. Provide accurate information, protect your Google or email account, and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell or impersonate an account.
3. Content and your work
You receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use content included in your account or purchase. You may save and print purchased downloads for personal learning. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, copy the course into a competing product or bypass access controls. Public-domain and separately licensed materials retain their stated status; these terms do not claim exclusive rights over them. Contact us before classroom or commercial redistribution.
You keep any rights you hold in practice writing and recordings. You authorize only processing needed for the features you use. The current site does not publish learner submissions or upload practice recordings. Support attachments may be reviewed to answer your request, not published or sold.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; harass or threaten others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduce malware; abuse support or payment systems; scrape personal data; interfere with availability; or attempt unauthorized access. Report copyright or security concerns through Contact.
5. Paid services and automatic renewal
The free account includes the first five-chapter unit. Complete is currently $12 USD per month or $99 USD per year, billed in advance and automatically renewed until canceled. The yearly plan charges $99 at once, not $8.25 monthly. Taxes, discounts and the final charge appear at checkout. No paid trial is currently offered.
Cancel future renewals through Profile → Manage billing or Cancel renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless refunded or the account is deleted. Cancellation alone does not refund prior charges. Subscription charges have a 14-calendar-day refund window. Downloads are separate one-time purchases, are not included in membership and are final once access is delivered, except where the law requires a remedy. Read the full policy before paying.
We will notify affected subscribers before a price change applies to renewal and give them an opportunity to cancel. Completed one-time purchases are not repriced retrospectively.
6. Educational limitations
Russian Clearly provides educational information and practice tools. A0–C2 labels describe a roadmap, not accreditation. Practice records and badges do not certify pronunciation, writing quality, active vocabulary or CEFR/TORFL proficiency. We guarantee no particular fluency, examination, academic, employment or other outcome. Some content and synthetic speech use automated tools and may contain errors. Use a qualified teacher or examiner for independent assessment.
7. Availability and closure
We may correct or improve content and restrict accounts for a material breach, unlawful use or a security risk, with notice and an opportunity to address the problem where practical. You may stop using the service or request account deletion. Account deletion removes access to your purchases; save your purchased files first. We do not promise indefinite hosting of every file. Any discontinuation remains subject to applicable law and rights concerning prepaid services.
8. Third parties and liability
External services and linked resources operate under their own terms. Links do not guarantee accuracy or endorsement. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular educational result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ohio law and disputes
Ohio law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory protections where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or prevent access to a court or regulator where you have that right.
10. Changes and contact
Revised terms will carry a new version. Material changes will be presented before continued learner-account use where appropriate, and do not retroactively remove rights from completed purchases. Questions: alexanderzemskov19@gmail.com.
