Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription refunds: 14 calendar days

You may request a full refund of an initial subscription payment or renewal within 14 calendar days after that charge. No reason is required. Email alexanderzemskov19@gmail.com from your account email and include the charge date and receipt identifier if available. Never send full card numbers or security codes.

We refund the eligible charge to the original payment method without a refund fee. Bank processing time varies. A refunded subscription payment ends the access covered by that payment and future renewal is canceled unless you explicitly request another arrangement. Your free-unit access remains while your account is open.

Download purchases are final

Level packs, individual materials and the complete offline library are one-time digital-content purchases. Once access is delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, including when you have opened or downloaded the files. These purchases do not automatically renew.

This does not exclude remedies required by law, or correction of duplicate charges, undelivered access or defective content. Contact us if a file or access does not work. Where applicable, digital delivery begins immediately at your request. Nothing in the checkout acknowledgement waives a statutory withdrawal or other right unless the law permits that waiver and all required conditions have been met.

Cancel a subscription before renewal

Complete Monthly is $12 USD charged each month. Complete Yearly is $99 USD charged once each year. Each renews automatically until canceled. Taxes and discounts appear at checkout.

Open Profile → Manage billing or use Cancel renewal before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily preserves access through the paid term. It does not itself request a refund. After the 14-day refund window, unused days are not ordinarily prorated, except where required by law. If cancellation controls are unavailable, contact us before renewal.

Deletion and legal rights

Request an eligible refund before deleting your account. Deletion removes account access and is not automatically a refund. Recurring subscriptions must be stopped as part of completing deletion. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer protections, including applicable rights concerning defective or undelivered digital content.
